THE ALMIGHTY KING BOO

King Boo is normally depicted as a white ghost-like, round figure wearing a gemmed crown. He has sharp teeth, a blue tongue, and beady, glowing red eyes. His crown bears illusion-like powers and allows him to create "spirit balls", orbs that can hide objects by turning them insoluble and invisible, but still cast a shadow. King Boo can also teleport, turn invisible and fly. He resides in a haunted mansion hidden in the Mushroom Kingdom's gloomy forest, a large, 3 floored mansion complete with an attic, rooftop, and basement. The mansion's notable feature are the two windows lit above the porch, giving the illusion that the mansion is giving off a sinister glare.

King Boo is pretty self centered and temperamental, adores his crown, loves art (mainly portraits), and has a DREAD on the Mario Bros. He hates to be outsmarted and loves to scare people, though he is quite rude. King Boo first appeared as the main antagonist and final boss of Luigi's Mansion, and also appeared in many other games.

TRIVIA

King Boo can possibly manipulate the mind, creating a battle ring with illusions (Shown in Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon)
King Boo can create "Spirit Balls", paranormal entities that can make an object insoluble and invisible, though still there, but it looks like that object disappeared. The only way to reverse the effect is with the dark-light.
King Boo never spoke in games, only gibberish of a scratchy, squeaky laugh followed by speech bubbles. But in Super Mario Sunshine, there was no speech bubbles, only a series of crazed, corrupt laughs.
In games other than both Luigi's Mansion, King Boo is displayed as a normal boo with a crown, as for the crown having no gem. Professor E. Gadd says that he sold the "King Boo and Bowser" painting at a garage sale right before Luigi's Mansion: Dark moon takes place, possibly theorizing that the King Boo seen in Mario Kart and Sports games was another boo filling in his role while the real one was trapped inside a portrait.
Like all other boos, King Boo will hide and turn invisible when looked at. He says he's never shy, "It's an act of self defense."
King Boo has a sega counter-part by the name of "King Boom Boo" from the anime and Sonic Adventure 2. In Sonic Adventure 2, when fighting King Boom Boo, a hieroglyph resembling King Boo can be seen on the giant pillar in the center of the room.
King Boo has made a Star Wars reference in Luigi's Mansion, referring to Jabba's line of keeping Han Solo, but with King Boo, he says the same thing, but with Mario.
King Boo is slightly disturbed with Wario's face. (Super Mario 64 DS)
Losing to King Boo in Mario and Sonic in the Olympic Winter games, Cream/Toad will call it an unfair match, due to King Boo having no skis.
The game Luigi's Mansion has a lot of references to the Disneyland/World ride "The Haunted Mansion". For example, encountering Shivers in Area 2 references the Endless Hallway found in the ride, where a floating candelabra can be seen further down the hallway.
King Boo adores "little boos". (Mario Super Sluggers)
King Boo dislikes spicy foods, though unsure, due to this weakness being displayed in Super Mario Sunshine, the King Boo fought in Sirena Beach is said to be a replica painted by Bowser Jr.
In Super Mario Sunshine, talking to the Janitor in the vents will make him say "Boy i'm tired of all these ghosts, I wish someone would just take a vacuum and suck them up." Referencing Luigi's Mansion.
Another note in Super Mario Sunshine, the Phantamanta (better known as "The Manta Storm") references a monster found in Stephen King's "The Shining". It talks about a large manta-shaped silouhette shrouding the hotel, multiplying until it vanishes into smoke. The Phantamanta is fought by Mario spraying water on it, making multiply into smaller beings until they're smoke.
King Boo's relationship with Bowser is unknown. No physical relationship can be seen during the Final Boss fight in Luigi's Mansion. In roleplay King Boo takes Bowser as a friend, though he doesn't like to think of him as a higher power.
King Boo in the first Luigi's Mansion has a blue tongue, in Dark Moon it's purple.
In the mansion "Secret Mine" in Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, King Boo can be seen flying in the background of the Ice Lake and High Wires.
Luigi's Mansion was originally going to be in stereoscopic 3D, due to the Gamecube capable of doing so, however it was never used. It is most likely the reason Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon was released on the 3DS, and not the Wii U.
King Boo's mansion can rebuild itself. (Super Smash Bros. Brawl)

RP Notes

Any form of contact will pass through King Boo.
This is the Luigi's Mansion version of King Boo, not the common sports games or the Super Mario Sunshine version.
King Boo pulls some of the strings on some of the known mario-related legends. (MARIO, beyondhellvalley)

"White gloves? Soft Shoes? A cute little moustache? HOW DID YOU GET OUT OF MY- Huh... wait a second... your clothes are green...."
"Now who do we have here? Why, if it isn't my old pal Luigi! Or is it Baby Luigi? I can't tell the difference. Say, remember that time when you trapped me in a painting for all eternity? Good times."

OOC NOTES/RULES

I'm not familiar with most animes.
King Boo doesn't break the fourth wall when it comes to characters like "Wreck-It Ralph".

If you got blocked you didn't read here or you didn't see the big bold words just above the comments section when you commented.
If this account is tagged by a meme it will be simply ignored.
Please don't control King Boo, with actions such as "You see a *noun*"
I do not allow gore and smut, for this is a character from a game aimed for all audiences, including children.

((After my experience my last "meme", I will not do them anymore. It simply gets out of hand and most questions go too deep into character for even me to know. If i'm tagged i'll just simply ignore it.))
